The Organisation

Our client is a well-respected organisation offering advice and support to the education, health and well-being  sectors. They are looking for an experienced program manager to develop and facilitate the delivery of their programs, across various partners and community groups. This is a temporary position working for approximately 3 months.

The Role
  
This broad programs manager role incorporates the development, implementation and evaluation of programs being delivered across education, health and well-being sectors. Duties will include:-
  • Responsible for all project deliverables to reflect key outcomes, in line with annual goals
  • Identify and act on opportunities for improving existing programs
  • Build relationships with agencies and external providers in response to current community issues
  • Ensuring programs are guided by current research and are value for money
  • Assist the design team to help establish the programs’ audience and targets

Skills Required
  
You will be an engaging, professional programs manager and have the ability to work autonomously. You will hold a Cert IV in Training and Assessment and be experienced in working with government and non-government stakeholders. A sound understanding of the education and / or health sector is required and you will be able to start work immediately.
