The Role
  
Working within the Governance team, you will be responsible for the following:-
  • Assess new membership applications to ensure compliance with requirements
  • Deliver high quality member services, via inbound and outbound calls
  • Provide support, advice and information to new members throughout the application process
  • Manage and maintain content on the member database
  • Promote the benefits of membership to individuals and organisations
  
  
Skills Required
  
You have experience from customer service or sales environments, specifically communicating over the phone. An understanding of membership or not for profit organisations would be preferred.   
  • Familiar with MS Office and CRM systems
  • A self-starter with a high level of initiative and resilience  
  • Manage competing workloads and meeting deadlines
  • Professional, clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build successful, rewarding relationships with stakeholders
