Reporting to the Philanthropy & Partnerships, Senior Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end grants process including producing reports, writing submissions, acquittal of funding opportunities, prospect research, project planning, administration and development. You will have 2+ years’ experience with grants management best practices, processes and procedures, ideally within the non- profit sector and have the following skills:

The Role
Reporting to the Philanthropy & Partnerships, Senior Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end grants process including producing reports, writing submissions, acquittal of funding opportunities, prospect research, project planning, administration and development. You will also be responsible to:
- Provide regular reports to stakeholders and monitoring the outcome and progress of funded projects
- Stay updated on grant regulation changes, best practices and relevant industry trends
- Liaise with internal teams to gather data, statistics and information required for grant applications
- Prepare supporting information for the grant application process, including related documentation
- Recommend operational and process enhancements to drive stronger internal efficiencies
Skills Required
You will have 2+ years’ experience with grants management best practices, processes and procedures, ideally within the non- profit sector and have the following skills:
- An attention to detail which is exceptional and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with government grants, foundations and Club grants submission processes
- A drive and initiative to improve processes and ways of working
- The ability to maintain and develop constructive relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Extremely organised, with astute time management and planning skills to complete projects and achieve set objectives
