The Role

Reporting to the Retention and Development Manager, this role leads individual giving activities to achieve income and engagement targets. You’ll plan, deliver and analyse integrated fundraising campaigns to grow donor value and strengthen supporter relationships.
  
Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead the planning and delivery of single giving, retention, and membership programs
  • Manage multi-channel fundraising campaigns, including digital, mail, and telemarketing
  • Support donor retention, and upgrade programs to increase lifetime value
  • Collaborate with data and supporter teams to ensure a seamless donor experience
  • Analyse campaign performance

Skills Required

You have proven experience managing direct marketing or fundraising campaigns and are confident working with data to drive results.
  • Expertise in campaign strategy, data analysis, and donor journey optimisation
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Raisers Edge
  • Strategic, data-informed mindset with a passion for purpose-driven work
