These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the purchase and sale of books (and other products) through the NGO RECRUITMENT (“us, “we”) website (“Website”). By using the Website and engaging in any transaction, you (“you”, “User” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read this Agreement carefully before making any purchase on the Website.
General Terms
1.1 Acceptance: By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1.2 Eligibility: The Website is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are eligible to enter into a legally binding contract.

Buying Books
2.1 Book Listings: The Website facilitates the sale of NGO RECRUITMENT’s books including eBooks (together “Books”). The descriptions, images, and prices of the books listed on the Website are provided by NGO RECRUITMENT. The Website does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or quality of the information provided in the Books.
2.2 Purchase Process: When you decide to purchase a Book, you will be required to provide accurate and complete information for billing and payment purposes. By providing this information, you authorize the Website to use it in accordance with our Privacy Policy
2.3 Pricing and Payments: The price of the Books listed on the Website is determined by NGO RECRUITMENT. All prices are in Australian dollars. Payment methods, including accepted credit cards, debit cards, or electronic payment systems, will be provided at the time of checkout. If NGO RECRUITMENT is unable to charge a Customer’s credit card due to insufficient funds or other errors, then NGO RECRUITMENT will attempt to contact the Customer by email to rectify the issue. If NGO RECRUITMENT cannot contact the Customer, and the Customer does not contact NGO RECRUITMENT to resolve the issue, then the order will be cancelled.
2.4 Order Confirmation: After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is an acknowledgment of the receipt of your order.
2.5 Delivery: Once NGO RECRUITMENT receives confirmation of receipt of the purchase price of the Book, the Book will be made available to you to download. If you experience any difficulty accessing or using the Book, or a technical issue, then please contact us for assistance through our designated “Contact” webpage.
2.6 Changing or Cancelling Orders: Changes to orders, including cancelling because of an error or for a change of mind, are not possible once your order has been processed.
2.7 Refund: A refund is only possible if we have confirmed that your change or cancellation request was received before the purchase was processed.
Book Returns
3.1 If any of the Books we supply you are faulty, please notify us through our designated “Contact” webpage and we will comply with our obligations specified below in the section headed: “Statutory Guarantees and Warranties to Consumers” and will repair, replace, or rectify the Book, or recompense you.
Statutory Guarantees and Warranties to Consumers
4.1 Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (“C&C Act”) defines a consumer. Under the C&C Act we are a supplier of either goods or services or both to you, and if you are a consumer, the C&C Act gives you statutory guarantees set out at:.
a. Schedule 2 of the C&C Act; and
b. those statutory guarantees, which are given by us to you if you are a consumer.
4.2 If you are a consumer within the meaning of Schedule 2 of the C&C Act of our goods or services then we give you a warranty that at the time of supply of those goods or services to you, if they are defective then:-
c. We will repair or replace the goods or any part of them that is defective; or
d. Provide again or rectify any goods or services or part of them that are defective; or
e. Wholly or partly recompense you if they are defective.
Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership: The Books, Website and the contents of both (“Content”), including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, and software, are the property of NGO RECRUITMENT or its licensors. When you purchase a Book, you are granted a non-exclusive licence to access the Content as provided by NGO RECRUITMENT for your personal use only. You may not use, reproduce, modify, communicate or distribute any part of the Content without prior written consent from NGO RECRUITMENT.
Limitation of Liability
6.1 The Website does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the services or goods provided on the Website, including the Books.
6.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, NGO RECRUITMENT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Website, services or goods provided on the Website, including the Books, or any transaction conducted through the Website.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New South Wales.
By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should not use the Website for buying our Books.
