The Role
  
Working closely with the Executive Director and senior leadership team, you will provide high level administration support to enable the Institute’s impactful research and advocacy goals to be achieved. You will work collaboratively across the organisation and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:-  
  • Coordinate local and international travel, and undertake complex diary management
  • Be the primary point of contact for the Executive Director, ensuring efficient communication internally and externally
  • Support the COO with board meetings, liaise with board members and ensure enquiries are responded to timely and effectively
  • Provide the Executive Director with logistical support for events, presentations, and speaking engagements
  • Monitor workflows and manage competing priorities, and oversee the content and flow of information to senior members of staff


Skills Required
  
You’re a dynamic and professional executive assistant with high level communication skills and a flair for multi-tasking. You will have significant administration skills and experience, including the below:-  
  • Outstanding organisation, prioritising and decision-making skills
  • High level of integrity, discretion, diplomacy and judgement
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite and familiar with CRM’s
  • Ability and initiative to work effectively under pressure in an agile environment
  • Previous expertise and experience in supporting senior executives
