The Role
  
Reporting into the CEO, you will be responsible for the provision of person-centred support to members. This will include:
  • Create and maintain a network of contacts, providing local wellbeing and support services
  • Assist current and future members with queries, protecting privacy and confidentiality at all times
  • Organise regular small social events, alongside quarterly and annual flagship events
  • Co-ordination of volunteers to visit members and their families and to provide assistance
  • Developing procedures and protocols for the role in conjunction with the CEO and board

Skills Required
  
You will ideally have experience working within the aged care sector and hold a tertiary qualification in Human Services, Social Services, Social Work or Counselling, and have a genuine desire to assist others. You will also have:
  • Well-developed time management, organisational, and administration skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills, and familiar with updating and maintaining CRM information
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to quickly build rapport
  • Confidence to work autonomously and with limited direction, with capability to problem solve
  • Ability to act in a highly professional and honourable manner aligned with organisational code of ethics
