About the Organisation

YOTS walk alongside them, their families and communities to create safety and provide meaningful opportunities to build a positive future.

Since being founded by Father Chris Riley over 30 years ago, YOTS has grown from a single food van to an organisation that provides holistic support services for children and young people in NSW and QLD. These include crisis accommodation and housing services, independent high schools, cultural and wellbeing support for First Nations young people, alcohol and other drugs counselling, youth justice support, training and employment programs, life skills workshops and drop-in centres, among other services.

Today YOTS employs 200 staff, supported by hundreds of volunteers, with an annual turnover of $30M and growing. With a recently launched and exciting new five-year strategy focused on growth and impact, this is a great time to join the team and influence future positive outcomes for young people in need.
