The Role
Working with a diverse range of clients including INGO’s, national or state based charities and associations, you will be recruiting a range of temporary and contract assignments, from short term administration roles through to 12 month executive level contracts.   Specifically you will be:
  • Researching and developing business with new client organisations
  • Engaging and growing relationships with existing contacts
  • Building sustainable talent pools
  • Negotiating and managing fee agreements
  • Managing assignments end to end
  • Providing a thorough aftercare service
  • Carrying out WHS on site checks
  • Preparing contracts for clients and candidates
  • Coordinating timesheets

Skills Required

This role is suited to a 360 consultant with experience recruiting temporary or contract assignments end to end.  Your success will come from offering a collaborative and values based recruitment service founded on our in-depth understanding of the unique complexities and culture of the sector.
