The Think+DO Tank Foundation is an independent arts organisation in Western Sydney. Their mission fosters connections, collaboration, and vibrant communities via art. They engage primarily with migrant and refugee women, recognising them as change catalysts. Prioritising women they create inclusive spaces, value diverse skills, and amplify their voices to boost confidence and agency to navigate systems that affect them.
Their initiatives generate jobs, and address barriers like food insecurity, transportation, and digital exclusion and supports multilingual creativity through artist residencies and mentoring. This approach cultivates a new generation of skilled artists and leaders, enriching Australian society and empowering communities.
The Role
Reporting to the CEO you will manage Think+DO Tank Foundation’s day to day operations and delivery of community programs and services. You’ll provide strong team leadership as well as human resources management, resource acquisition, financial management and corporate governance, and marketing and communications.

With a focus on motivating and mentoring your team, the key to your success will be your ability to manage multiple projects, think creatively and strategically, and to work collaboratively across the organisation to implement, evaluate and enhance purpose-driven programs.
Whilst a degree in business, marketing, operations, or a related field would be advantageous, formal education and qualifications matter less than your experience, values and drive.

The Role

You’ll provide strong team leadership as well as human resources management, resource acquisition, financial management and corporate governance, and marketing and communications.
Additionally, you will;
- Manage a diverse team and the volunteer network to drive program excellence
- Monitor, evaluate and report on program impact to enable innovation, market testing and program growth
- Prepare sophisticated reports and tenders including to government funders and grant makers
- Support the CEO with key stakeholder relationships to position the Foundation as a leader in the community
Benefits and Culture
- Salary: $110,000 + superannuation (FTE)
- Flexible working arrangement (four or five days/week), work from home and the Fairfield office
