Our client is a for purpose mental health organisation committed to empowering recovery and enabling people affected by trauma. Offering a range of important services, the team’s mission is to support people and their carers and advocates by providing emotional support, referrals, and information.

The Role
Reporting to the Counselling Coordinator, you will be responsible to:
  • Provide a broad scope of administrative support to the services team
  • Onboard new clients, setting up folders in drop box, one note and Salesforce
  • Manage client appointments, and schedule regular team meetings
  • Create and format documents prior to sending out welcome packs
  • Answer phones and referring the call accordingly

Skills Required
You will be familiar with the community services or social care sector and hold:
  • Proven success in working under pressure and being adaptable and open to change
  • Demonstrated administration experience supporting colleagues and leadership teams
  • Intermediate IT knowledge across Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Confidence in engaging with a wide range of stakeholders in a fast paced environment
  • High level communication skills that align with the values of a community-based organisation
  • TAFE diploma or related qualification in business, administration, social care or similar
