In this role you will work alongside the Marketing & Fundraising Manager and the wider team to support the development and implementation of a contemporary strategy across all fundraising streams.
You will ensure the coordination and delivery of fundraising and marketing activities, including:
- Individual giving, community, corporate and philanthropic campaigns
- Implementation of a charitable lottery strategy
- Managing and supporting donor relations and cultivation programs
- Providing analysis on the performance of all fundraising initiatives
- Managing and maintaining the fundraising database and online platforms
You are a well-rounded fundraising and marketing professional with experience working across a range of fundraising streams. Key to your success will be your ability to build on current fundraising strategy, collaborate and work with your team, key stakeholders and suppliers to deliver results and build income. Additionally, you have:
- Highly developed communication and writing/editing capabilities
- Excellent time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines
- A good understanding in the use of CRM systems and MS Office products
- Eligibility for a QLD Working with Children Check
