Reporting to the Head of Workforce Initiatives, this senior position is responsible for increasing the number of partner organisations and participants enrolled and engaged with the Front Project’s suite of evidence based programs.

You are a seasoned client centred relationship manager or fundraising professional, a strategic thinker with an ability to work collaboratively. Your creativity and commercial acumen will support your ability to develop and retain partnerships and your passion for education equity motivates you towards success. You are a team orientated person who can work independently with a focus on quality outcomes and impact.
Your adaptable style will enable you to feel comfortable working in a fast paced, relational, high impact environment.

Reporting to the Head of Workforce Initiatives, this senior position is responsible for increasing the number of partner organisations and participants enrolled and engaged with the Front Project’s suite of evidence based programs.
Responsibilities include-
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to scale delivery of the Upskill program and the Online Community, meeting sector needs
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and prospective clients including government, early education care providers, universities and students
- Contribute to operations and program planning in collaboration with the Senior Program Manager
- Develop opportunities to extend the business model in collaboration with the Senior Program Manager, Lead, Workforce Initiatives and CEO.

- Identify, research and recommend new clients in accordance with strategic plans
- Work with government at all levels from tender applications to proposals, including writing for different governmental audiences
- Report on projected growth and planning to leadership and key stakeholders
