The Organisation

Oil Change International campaigns globally to expose the true costs of fossil fuels and facilitate the ongoing transition towards clean energy. OCI works with a broad global network of allies.

Asia is a focus for OCI because $350 billion in new gas power plants, import terminals, and pipelines are planned across the region. Japan is the world’s largest provider of public finance for fossil fuels, providing USD$10.6b in 2019-21 for new gas, oil, and coal projects perpetuating the use of fossil fuels. OCI knows that a diversity of experiences and perspectives builds stronger strategies, teams and movements. OCI is continually working on becoming a better workplace for everyone.
