As a member of the executive team, you will contribute to the strategic direction and management of the organisation ensuring operational excellence through all of the corporate functions including people & culture, communications, finance, asset management, information technology, compliance and risk management functions. - Collaborate closely with the CEO and Finance Manager to develop budgets for Board approval
- Ensure the effective management of human resources, ICT framework and business systems
- Manage governance and policy activities to ensure compliance with legal and financial aspects of reporting
- Strategically oversee the enterprise risk framework
Skills Required
You are a confident and strategic people leader currently operating at a senior level in a similar role managing a range of internal functions across core business operations.
