The Role
  • Raise funds from an existing portfolio of major supporters including high network individuals, corporates, trusts and foundations
  • Lead and coordinate the relationship management of current major donors
  • Research, identify and solicit potential new major donors
  • Ensure that lapsed major donors are provided an opportunity to renew their support
  • Support the Head of Fundraising with the development of major gifts submissions
Skills Required
  • Relationship fundraising, sales, business development or sponsorship background
  • Supporter/customer focused
  • Experience engaging with high net worth individuals, corporates or trusts and foundations
  • Excellent pitch, presentation and  influencing skills
  • Success working collaboratively in a target driven environment
  • Understanding of best practice major gift or business development strategies
  • Experience with databases and CRM’S
