The Organisation
Our client provides essential educational and training programs within local communities, aimed at decreasing the number of unintentional serious injury amongst 15 – 25 year olds. Passionate about delivering evidence based solutions uniquely tailored to risk taking behaviours leading to unintentional injury in youths, they hold a strong reputation as experts in their field.

The Role
Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be responsible for:-
  • Leadership, professional development and mentoring of the team of trainers and presenters
  • Manage and advise on the education-training program content for presentations, workshops and projects
  • Present in person and online educational sessions to schools and community venues
  • Identify potential partners and customers for growth of the education-training program
  • Collaborate with the wider organisation to ensure accurate and cohesive messaging

Skills Required
You will be an experienced trainer in the not for profit sector and hold:
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and current driving license
  • Experience of working with young people or within the community education sector
  • A confident presenter with strong organisational skills, in time management and priority setting
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills with an ability to think strategically
  • High interpersonal and collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders
