Recruitment Resourcer

Seyi Ajayi joined the NGO Recruitment team in 2024 as a recruitment resourcer with a rich mix of strategic talent acquisition, human resources and recruitment experience gained from the NFP and corporate sectors. Seyi began her NFP career within the disability sector as an accommodation manager at a community services NDIS provider in Sydney. She was soon promoted to talent acquisition lead, responsible for human resources and end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments, including sourcing, interviewing and selecting candidates.

In 2022, Seyi secured a dual human resources and talent acquisition role in the corporate sector where she focused on executing strategy including monitoring trends in internal and external markets, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) recruiting and best practices, addressing employee workplace satisfaction, learning and development and onboarding.

Since joining NGO Recruitment, Seyi’s strong work ethic and friendliness have helped her build excellent working relationships with hiring managers with clear communication throughout every assignment to achieve the very best results. She provides invaluable support to our consultants with her efficient approach and is highly adept at conducting in-depth candidate searches via various databases and networks. Seyi also seamlessly supports our administrative functions by updating search lists, coordinating interviews, conducting background checks and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for the integrity of our recruitment process.

Seyi is studying for a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and loves reading, photography and hiking with friends around Sydney. She also enjoys volunteering within the youth and disability sectors.
