Going above and beyond people’s expectations is Alice’s definition of success so it’s no wonder she’s such a valued member of NGO Recruitment’s support team.
Alice is prompt, switched on, and proactively tackles core sourcing and screening tasks to assist in the recruitment of candidates, particularly temporary roles that require a quick turnaround. Her dependability and efficiency has been essential in helping a range of non-profit clients to secure reliable temporary staff by a deadline—for diverse roles including CEOs, marketers, finance managers and fundraisers.
With more than five years of recruitment industry experience, and a strong background in roles focused on project management and client service, Alice capably liaises with clients to inform briefs, conduct thorough candidate searches, and carefully check references. Alice uses her sales know-how to support NGO Recruitment’s business development activities and improve how we deliver values to clients.
Colleagues, clients and candidates alike appreciate Alice’s highly personable and pragmatic approach. Working with passionate NGOs is a career highlight for Alice, and she also finds it rewarding to see placed candidates grow with an organisation and develop their careers.
Alice has qualifications in journalism and psychology, and before joining NGO Recruitment in 2017 she worked in various sales, consulting and recruiting roles across Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
When she’s away from her desk, Alice spends time with her loved ones and strives to do good by supporting health and medical research charities.
