Alice joined NGO Recruitment in 2017 in Sydney as an associate consultant, transitioning into the role of recruitment resourcer in 2024 following parental leave. For seven years, Alice has been an invaluable team player and has gone above and beyond in all aspects of her role. Reliable and efficient, she is a skilled recruitment resourcer with extensive experience liaising with clients, conducting thorough candidate searches and carefully checking references.
Before moving to Sydney, Alice worked in London for seven years in various sales, recruitment and consulting roles. Our team, clients and candidates benefit from her combination of in-depth recruitment, project management and client service skills and extensive sector-specific knowledge to deliver the very best outcomes to all parties involved.
Now based in Christchurch, New Zealand, Alice focuses on supporting our consultants, particularly with extensive proactive searches for niche and hard-to-find roles. Her positivity and sense of humour are infectious, and she gains huge satisfaction from sourcing diverse candidates for many of Australia’s leading NFPs.
Alice has a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication, Journalism and Psychology from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand.
When she’s not at her desk, Alice enjoys spending time with her loved ones and supporting health and medical research charities. She is proud to participate in the Pink Ribbon Walk for the Breast Cancer Foundation NZ each October.
