The Role
  
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be supporting a broad range of HR related duties, including regular reporting, database maintenance, HR payroll administration and compliance. You will also:
  • Handle new employee onboarding tasks within agreed timelines
  • Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems, files, and spreadsheets
  • Manage HR enquiries, providing guidance on various employment matters
  • Offer administrative and compliance assistance across the employment lifecycle
  • Prepare bi-weekly payroll data for processing

Skills Required
  
You will be an experienced HR professional with the ability to handle sensitive data and metrics. You will also have:
  • Minimum 4 years of HR administrative support experience
  • Strong analytical skills, including database maintenance and reporting
  • Proficient in IT tools such as HRIS, MS SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of building relationships across diverse client groups
