The Organisation

Our client is an animal welfare organisation, focused on ensuring all animals under direct human influence are treated with respect, empathy and understanding. They work to reveal suffering, rescue animals and protect them and also develop sustainable projects and campaign for education, alongside providing sanctuaries for rescued animals.

The Role

  
This temporary position will be assisting the Supporter Relations & Database Manager, and you will be responsible for:
  • Manage campaign memberships and compile data sets for telemarketing agencies
  • Generate weekly reports for list creation and data maintenance
  • Assisting with record merging and cleansing
  • Importing telemarketing data into Salesforce using Staging Tables
  • Creating campaigns in Salesforce and completing ad hoc requests from the Fundraising Team
  • Providing support in resolving user-raised issue tickets

Skills Required
  
You will be familiar with non-profit organisations and have an understanding of various fundraising streams and hold:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Salesforce
  • Ability to read, analyse and report on data from fundraising campaigns
  • Display strong communication skills and relationship management of both internal and external stakeholders
  • Understanding of donation pages and familiar with Salesforce Experience Cloud
