The Role
  
Supporting the CEO and working alongside the senior leadership team, you will be responsible to manage a range of administrative tasks and ensure efficient communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Duties will include:- 
  • Coordinate Board and committee reporting processes
  • Support the CEO, including diary and calendar management
  • Strengthen accountability and relationships with key stakeholders
  • Assist with delivering strategic and operational plans

Skills Required

  
You will have experience of working within a not-for-profit environment and be able to demonstrate:-  
  • Professional, mature communication skills
  • Familiar with high level diary and calendar management
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Self motivated, intuitive and organised
  • Experience of working with C-Suite executives and boards
