This role provides administration and support to training, education and business development activities. As the Business Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing enquiries, supporting sales activity, dealing with external stakeholders and ensuring a smooth handover from enquiry through to delivery.

The Role
This role provides administration and support to training, education and business development activities. As the Business Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing enquiries, supporting sales activity, dealing with external stakeholders and ensuring a smooth handover from enquiry through to delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries via phone, email and website
- Coordinating and managing the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping
- Preparing quotes, proposals, confirmations and basic contracts
- Assisting with community engagement for events and campaigns
- Supporting the scheduling of workplace and community training programs
- Liaising with clients before and after training delivery
- Reporting on bookings, sales activity and outcomes
Skills Required
You will have experience in a business support, sales or training administration or client services role ideally in a not for profit environment and can demonstrate:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
- Confidence engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
- Accountability, reliability and a strong team mindset
- An interest in or alignment with community, education or not-for-profit work
