The Role
  
Reporting to the region business manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the office and providing ongoing compassionate administrative support to the team. Duties will also include: 
  • Provide support with inbox management, travel, diary and expense management
  • Assist the leadership team with committee papers and scheduling meetings
  • Order catering and coordinate internal and external events
  • Act with integrity and honesty, and in a professional manner
  • Nurturing a positive working relationship with the Sisters and related stakeholders
  • Adhere to privacy protocols and deal with confidential information
  
Skills Required
  
You will have experience working as a senior administrator, executive assistant or office manager ideally within a non-profit or complex and unique environment, and will also demonstrate the following:
  • Effective engagement with a variety of stakeholders, through advanced written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in Adobe, Dropbox and Microsoft Office suite, and online meeting platforms such as MS Teams and Zoom
  • Display a high degree of accuracy, with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and be self-driven
  • Confidently adapt to changing priorities and workflows
  • Ideally but not essential to the role, you will have an understanding or working knowledge of religious orders or similar
