The Dariu Foundation (TDF) is an international non-governmental organisation based in Switzerland. Since 2002, TDF has empowered disadvantaged children across Southeast Asia with digital coding and technology access education, to reduce the education gap between urban and rural areas. Beginning with microcredits to families, scholarships, and building schools in remote Vietnam, over the last decade, TDF has evolved into a pioneering force in EdTech innovation. To date TDF has trained 25,000+ teachers and has reached 3+ million students across 5 countries.
The Dariu Tech Club™ Initiative (2026-2030) will establish numerous technology hubs across Southeast Asia and Africa to pioneer an advanced model of technology education, including coding, applied AI, and entrepreneurial thinking, preparing the next generation for the digital world. A rare opportunity now exists for an ambitious senior fundraiser to harness the success of TDF’s work and expand their impact across Southeast Asia and internationally.

The Role
Reporting to the President, and as a member of the senior executive team, you will design and lead a high-performing fundraising pipeline to drive sustainable, multi-year revenue for Southeast Asia programs and further build on TDF’s expansion into Africa.
You'll shape a fundraising roadmap, manage CRM-based rigorous forecasting and portfolio reviews, and represent the organisation across regional philanthropy and corporate networks as the face of the organisation. Other key responsibilities are to:
Skills Required
You are a strategic, results-driven ambitious fundraiser with deep commitment to social impact through education and technology innovation. You can demonstrate Southeast Asia fundraising success across at least two streams (major donors, corporates, or foundations), ideally in international development or EdTech, and crypto/block chain experience or knowledge would be a plus. You have proven ability to close six- to seven-figure gifts and build trusting multi-year partnerships. You can navigate complex stakeholder relationships and have the gravitas to engage at C-suite and board level. Your other skills and experience include:

The Role

- Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward HNWIs/Family Offices with tailored engagement events.
- Create shared-value corporate partnerships including CSR/ESG collaborations, employee engagement, and sponsorships.
- Map aligned foundation funders, craft competitive proposals, manage multi-year grant relationships.
- Produce compelling cases for support, impact narratives, and budgets tailored to donor priorities.
- Implement structured donor stewardship with impact updates, site visits, and renewal strategies.
Skills Required
