Judith began her career in London with a boutique recruitment firm specialising in advancement and fundraising roles, and it was here she developed a lasting passion for the not-for-profit sector. She has since worked exclusively in the sector, building extensive experience and enduring relationships across the industry. Over the past 20 years, Judith has continued to recruit senior professionals across the higher education, schools, cultural, and health sectors. At NGO Recruitment, she is leading and supporting Australian and international client assignments in the international development sector.
With extensive experience in senior-level recruitment, Judith takes the time to fully understand each assignment, engaging deeply with clients to clarify briefs, organisational needs, values, and culture. Judith provides tailored support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring both clients and candidates feel guided, informed, and respected. Judith is a certified career coach through the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL), providing expert guidance on professional development and market trends. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in English Literature from the Australian National University and is known for her thoughtful approach, sector expertise, and genuine commitment to the success of the organisations and individuals she supports.
Outside of work, Judith enjoys the vibrant Brisbane’s arts scene and regularly attends exhibitions and cultural events. A keen traveller, she loves exploring new places, hiking and unwinding by the beach whenever she can. Committed to giving back to her community, Judith participates in sponsored walking events, raising money for a wide range of charities including Beyond Blue and The Fred Hollows Foundation.
