This service is undertaken at no charge to clients if we are filling a role to which the testing applies. However, should you require testing as an independent exercise we will provide you with an individual quote based on the range of tests you require.
Psychometric Assessment Services
NGO Recruitment offers psychometric assessment services to our clients using a range of tests from SHL. SHL is a global leader in the design and provision of psychometric assessments that can be applied to various levels and roles within an organisation.
The SHL Occupational Personality Questionnaire, the OPQ32, is one of the most widely used and respected measures of workplace behavioural style in the world. The OPQ32 provides a clear framework for understanding the impact of personality on job performance. It is internationally recognized for its accuracy of assessment.
Cognitive assessments measure various mental abilities such as verbal and numeric ability, reasoning ability and reading comprehension. The level of the test allocated to candidates is based on the seniority of the role.
The standard package is comprised of the Personality (OPQ32) and three Ability Assessments for $950.00 + GST
