The Role
Your new role will is responsible for maximising income from bequests and estates to support the vision and mission and ensure organisational sustainability.  This newly created role is responsible for creating meaningful long term relationships with donors to inspire philanthropic support from individuals through a gift in their will.  Specifically you will:
  • Strategically develop and grow bequest income from new and existing donors and supporter
  • Develop strategies to deliver effective stewardship of existing and prospective Bequest Donors
  • Identify potential bequest prospects in Mary MacKillop Today’s CRM Database

Skills Required
You will be adept at developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and motivated potential donors. You have a track record in harnessing support and exceptional presentation and communication skills, along with the ability to think strategically, negotiating the best outcomes.
Your experience will also include;
  • Developing relationships and identifying opportunities from previous engagement activity
  • Effective monitoring of prospects, including acknowledgement, recognition and retention
  • Managing successful income raising strategies
  • Working to targets and implementing new strategies for the sustainability of an organisation
