The Organisation

Greenpeace is a peaceful, environmental campaigning organisation which exists as our fragile planet needs solutions, action, courage, and deserves a voice. It champions responsible and socially just solutions including scientific and technical innovations to ensure the earth is able to nurture life in all its diversity. Greenpeace Japan began in 1989 and, in recent years, has focused on climate change, sustainable agriculture and defending our oceans, working with supporters, volunteers and communities throughout Japan.

Working closely with senior management, you will have the flexibility to adapt in an environment where priorities thrive in finding creative solutions. Being an outstanding people manager, you will inspire staff and support their development in a merit-based organisation. You will engage with a range of external stakeholders to maximise impact and transform behaviours in the corporate sector.
