The Role
  
Reporting to the Supporter Services Lead, you will be responsible for establishing positive relationships with donors, and processing donations from various revenue streams, including workplace giving and community fundraising events. You will also:
  • Record donation information into Raisers Edge database, from various fundraising platforms
  • Process gifts, personalise receipts, and manage data extraction
  • Support donor retention through effective supporter communication channels
  • Track and report donation statistics and trends
  • Manage inboxes and assist with correspondence and invoice creation

Skills Required
  
You have experience in database management or administration, ideally from a non-profit organisation. You will be able to demonstrate:
  • Ability to use Raisers Edge database and other CRM systems
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Confidently run reports, queries and analyse data sets
  • A strong commitment to customer service and relationship building
  • An understanding of fundraising processes and procedures
