The Role
Reporting to the Director of Operations, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating advertising including ensuring booking schedules are maintained and deadlines met
- Managing accounts receivable function under the supervision of the CFO
- Providing administrative support to the events team
- Assisting with the running of the virtual offices nationally
- Supporting the CFO and Director of Operations with administrative tasks
- Assisting with coordination of special projects as required
- Contributing to the safe and healthy working environment, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to
- Identifying and implementing opportunities to increase member awareness and understanding
Skills Required
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to communicate on all levels both verbally and in writing
- Professional phone manner
- A positive, can-do attitude, and a willingness to help and contribute to the group
- Ability to work autonomously and in a small cohesive team
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams skills
- Knowledge of Xero accounting software would be helpful
