Natasha Reynolds is NGO Recruitment’s star senior administrator with over 12 years of experience gained from roles both in Australia and New Zealand. Natasha joined our team in 2017 and assists our consultants with all back-end tasks, finalising proposals, posting a myriad of job advertisements in Australia and internationally. As our Director of First Impressions, Natasha is responsible for all incoming inquiries from thousands of hopeful candidates.
Natasha is highly competent, motivated and enthusiastic and possesses exemplary time management, organisation, communication and customer service skills. She has excellent attention to detail and is accurate and efficient in all that she does to assist our team, clients and candidates.
Before joining NGO Recruitment, Natasha was a senior administrator for a leading car company in Christchurch for several years before taking on similar roles in a retail outlet and an engineering consultancy.
In her spare time, Natasha loves being with her loved ones, gardening and renovating. She is also on the board of her local NFP preschool.
