The Organisation

Our client is a well-respected organisation offering advice and support to the community sector and government departments. Due to some recent successful tenders, they are looking for an experienced project manager to develop and facilitate strategic plans and frameworks or their clients. This is a temporary position working alongside the current project team.

The Role
  
This broad project management role incorporates technical, financial and leadership skills. An understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme is required in order to work closely with organisations undergoing change. Duties will include:-
  • Responsibility for delivering and tracking project milestones
  • Manage the governance, risk, quality and budget aspects of the projects
  • Undertake stakeholder engagement in person and via regular reports, charts and graphs

Skills Required
  
You will be a professional project manager or administrator and have the ability to work autonomously. Your NDIS knowledge will enable you to work confidently with senior clients and colleagues and the preferred candidate for this role will have had previous exposure to the not for profit sector.
