Working directly with the Housing Services team, our client is very well respected in the community housing sector. Based in Greater Western Sydney, this temporary role focuses on affordable housing and assisting clients with achieving long term sustainable tenancies.

The Role
  
You will provide information and advice to clients regarding their tenancy. You’ll assist with access and demand work, including leases and rental agreements. Your specific responsibilities include:
  • Assist with tenancy, tribunal and arrears management
  • Partner with other community services and refer tenants where necessary
  • Undertake leasehold inspections on the properties
  • Assist with acquisition and allocation of new properties


Skills Required
  
You have the ability to deliver excellent customer service with a thorough understanding of the social housing sector. Your high level communication skills, along with your ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds will ensure a client-centric service.  You will hold a current NSW driving license and be able to commit to working 37 hours per week.
