The Organisation 

Our client is a national affordable housing provider committed to delivering tailored customer service based in Melbourne CBD. 

The Role
Reporting to the Housing Services Team Leader, this role is responsible for supporting the organisation with a range of customer focused and administrative tasks. 

As the successful candidate you will:
  • Conduct regular rent income reviews and assist with NRAS reporting
  • Assess clients immediate housing needs and act accordingly
  • Ensure that residents and applicants have a clear understanding of their rights and responsibilities in relation to rent reviews
  • Provide front of desk and customer service support
  • Support the implementation of the VHR Service Agreement
  • Provide administrative support to the Housing Services Team.
About you

You will be an experienced administrator/customer service offer with demonstrated experience working in the community housing sector. 

Additionally you will have;
  • Knowledge working with the Victorian Housing Register (VHR) and the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS)
  • Circa 2-3 + years' experience working in a customer service position
  • A willingness to undergo relevant Police screening
  • A passion and understanding towards issues affecting socially disadvantaged groups.
