The Organisation
Working directly with the Property Services team, our client is very well respected in the community housing sector. Based in the city, this project role is for 3 months with potential to extend.

The Role
Based in Sydney, you will be required to visit sites and properties and lead the development and implementation of planned asset management programs. Specific responsibilities include:
  • Prepare project plans and scope of works
  • Liaise with contractors to negotiate and qualify quotes
  • Project manage site specific upgrades and inspect / sign off finished work
  • Manage planned maintenance works sensitively with tenants and contractors

Skills Required
You have the ability to deliver essential property management projects to support disadvantaged clients. Ideally you will have an understanding of NSW Land and Housing Corporation rates or the Residential Tenancy Act, hold a current NSW driving license and be able to commit to a minimum 3 month contract.
