Working directly with the Property Services team, our client is very well respected in the disability and community housing sector. Based in Western Sydney, this temporary role is for up to 4 months.

The Role
  
You will be required to visit clients in their homes and advise on maintenance projects, lease and rental agreements and any capital works. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your specific responsibilities include:
  • Assist with preparing project plans and scope of works
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients and contractors to ensure work is completed on time
  • Project manage site specific upgrades and inspect finished work
  • Manage planned maintenance works sensitively with tenants and contractors


Skills Required
  
You have the ability to deliver essential property and asset management projects to support disadvantaged clients. Ideally you will have an understanding of the Building Code of Australia and WH&S legislation, hold a current NSW driving license and be able to commit to working 20 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months.
