The Role
This role is responsible for supporting the organisation with their front of house services for a 4-week period. The organisation is going through an exceptionally busy period and you will support this energetic team with reception and administration duties. 

As the successful candidate you will; 
  • Deliver exceptional customer service 
  • provide administrative support to various teams 
  • Greet guests face to face and accurately manage the security system
  • Respond to telephone and email queries in a timely manner.
About you

You will be an experienced administrator/receptionist with demonstrated experience supporting a not-for-profit organisation. You will enjoy operating in a fast-paced, hardworking and collaborative workplace culture.

Your exceptional customer service skills, combined with demonstrated experience working in a similar role will ensure a smooth transition into this temporary 4- week position.
