The Role 

This role is responsible for supporting the organisation with their front of house services and back office administration for a 4-6 week period. You will be assisting a busy and under-resourced team due to extended leave. 

As the successful candidate you will; 
  • Deliver exceptional customer service 
  • Liaise with members regarding various matters
  • Utilise your Salesforce knowledge on a daily basis
  • Process memberships 
  • Support team members with administrative tasks.
About you

You will ideally be available to work 3-days per/week for a 4-6 week period. You will be an experienced administrator/receptionist with demonstrated experience supporting a not-for-profit organisation and using Salesforce. 

Your exceptional customer service skills, combined with demonstrated experience working in a similar role will ensure a smooth transition into this temporary 4-6 week position.
