The Organisation

Well-known federated not-for-profit organisation based in the Inner Suburbs of Melbourne. 

The Role 

This role is responsible for supporting the organisation with their front of house services for a 4-week period. You will be assisting a busy team with holiday cover for 15 hours per/week on a job share arrangement. 

As the successful candidate you will; 
  • Deliver exceptional customer service 
  • provide administrative support to various teams 
  • Greet guests face to face and accurately manage the security system
  • Respond to telephone and email queries in a timely manner.
About you

You will ideally be available to work on Mondays and Tuesdays weekly for a 4-week period. You will be an experienced administrator/receptionist with demonstrated experience supporting a not-for-profit organisation. 

Your exceptional customer service skills, combined with demonstrated experience working in a similar role will ensure a smooth transition into this temporary 4- week position.
