The Role
  
Reporting to the CEO in this newly formed role you will lead a small dedicated operational team to deliver financial, IT and data systems to support recent and ongoing growth.  This role will enable hubs to run as one large network, without losing their individuality or their ability to respond to the needs of their particular communities.

Community Hubs Australia has a national footprint and is responsible for 74 current sites with 32 opening  in 2020, the operation runs with 5 employees and support from external providers.

Success in this role will be determined by your ability to:
  • Operationalise the organisations strategic plan and vision
  • Develop, implement and maintain organisational systems
  • Implement sound financial controls and risk frameworks
  • Manage the budget and financial accounting
  • Nurture a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

Skills Required
  
You are a confident leader who brings a strong commercial lens, intellect and presentation skills developed in either the community, health, education or corporate sectors.

Importantly, you can demonstrate:
  • Success in enhancing systems and processes resulting in significant improvements
  • Excellent people management and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder relationship management
  • An interest in staff wellbeing and creating a positive and ethical working environment.
