The Role
  
You will manage day to day operations of the data and supporter care team to ensure exceptional service to donors and will also be the subject matter expert on the Salesforce database, including the implementation of the fundraising database strategy and a new version of Salesforce in early 2020.  Additionally you will have responsibility for:
  • Management, maintenance, development, hygiene and integrity of Salesforce
  • Support the team to track supporter care initiatives to build supporter loyalty
  • Ensure compliance with new and emerging privacy and data protection legislation
  • Provide campaign data selections, results, analytics, insights and reporting


Skills Required

You have strong leadership attributes with experience managing and maintaining Salesforce within a fundraising or marketing environment.  Additionally you have:
  • Experience developing database strategy
  • Technical knowledge of data manipulation techniques and analysis
  • Ability to identify and implement continuous system improvements
  • A background in customer service delivery and complaints management
