The Role

Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, this position leads brand awareness, community engagement and income generating fundraising initiatives across digital channels. You will also be responsible for:
  • Implementation of multichannel digital marketing and communication campaigns
  • Management and optimisation of the website and digital platforms
  • Driving social media engagement and monitoring audience interaction
  • Providing support to the marketing and fundraising teams
  • Building donor journeys to support fundraising initiatives
  • Tracking and reporting on campaign outcomes

Skills Required

You have a generalist marketing background with a flair for social media and digital marketing with an understanding of fundraising campaigns. You are adaptable, calm under pressure, work collaboratively and have the ability to coordinate multiple projects.
Ideally, your experience also includes:
  • Management of websites, landing pages and social media accounts
  • Developing and executing multichannel digital campaigns
  • Copywriting, proofing and creating engaging content
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM optimisation
  • Coordination of external agencies and suppliers
  • Implementation of digital donor journeys
The Organisation

Sir David Martin Foundation is a 30-year-old family foundation, helping young people in crisis. The Foundation is the major funder of Mission Australia's Triple Care Farm, a unique, holistic treatment centre, which each year gives over 200 vulnerable young Australians, aged 16-24, a safe place to get well and prepare for new opportunities.
Raising over $70M since 1990 through fundraising and philanthropy, the Foundation enables best practice models of treatment for youth drug and alcohol addiction.
