The Role
You will provide effective executive support to the Company Secretary / Director of Business Development and Director of Corporate Services, as well as further administrative support to the General Counsel.  Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will work closely with the executive team and liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Key aspects of role include:
  • Providing administrative and secretarial support
  • Preparing key executive and corporate documents
  • Diary management, scheduling and meeting preparation
  • Appropriate management of phone calls and emails
  • Management of travel arrangements
  • Research activities as required
  • Acting as the 2IC to the CEO’s Executive Assistant

Skills Required
You have proven experience working as an Executive or Personal Assistant and are a driven self-starter, flexible and quick to learn.  You will be comfortable communicating with a diverse range of senior leaders and other stakeholders.  You can also demonstrate:
  • Initiative and a responsive approach to resolving issues and supporting the team
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and sense of fun
  • Ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks
  • Capacity to work collaboratively and also independently with minimal supervision
  • A consistent focus on quality and detail
  • Professional presentation and desire to create a positive first impression
