She has more than four years of marketing experience gained in fields including non-profit recruiting, disability and community services, and indigenous education and employment.
Rosa spreads our brand messages and sparks interest and engagement in the market by coordinating a range of marketing and admin activities including email newsletters, advertising campaigns, social media, candidate reports and client proposals. She approaches her work with open-mindedness, respect and kindness—with the goal of understanding and reflecting the unique stories, values and cultural contexts of people working in NGOs across Asia-Pacific.
Degree qualified in communications, and currently studying towards a Masters in Digital Communication and Marketing, Rosa brings contemporary strategic branding and content creation knowledge to the NGO Recruitment team.
Using her love of writing and digital media to contribute positively to the lives of others is the driving force behind’s Rosa’s career, which has always focused on raising the profile of not-for-profits. Previous roles include working for Guide Dogs NSW/ACT, Sydney Legacy, and the Aurora Education Foundation.
Causes that matter to Rosa include human rights, improving equality for indigenous people, and the environment. She has provided volunteer administrative support for UNHCR and once spent five weeks creating stories to bring attention to animal conservation work in Indonesia as an intern for the Friends of the National Parks Foundation.
