Executive Consultant

Kerri is an award-winning consultant with over 15 years of diverse NFP professional and recruitment experience within the NFP, healthcare, education and professional membership sectors. She is an outstanding recruiter with a people-driven and outcomes-focused approach and is committed to providing an exceptional experience for her clients and candidates.

Kerri began her NFP career at the Nursing & Midwifery Board of South Australia, followed by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), where she spent seven years as a Registration Officer, gaining a deep understanding of the standards, policies and guidelines of health regulation.

In 2019, she made a natural progression into NFP recruitment, first as a Recruitment Consultant at TaylorCare Recruitment where she sourced a wide range of critical frontline roles, and then on to Lotus People where she was responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of a range of roles on behalf of NFPs, charities, higher education providers and healthcare organisations.

At Lotus People, Kerri and her team won numerous industry awards for excellence in client and candidate care. She was recently named a top five Australian finalist for the Recruiter Insider’s Best Consultant for Client Experience award for the second consecutive year – an award based solely on client reviews and testimonials that measure the service she provided throughout multiple stages of each recruitment process.

Now at NGO Recruitment, Kerri remains dedicated to providing exceptional client care. She works strategically and consultatively, resolves complex situations with huge empathy and builds meaningful relationships. Her strong research skills enable her to understand our sector’s needs and trends and she develops smart strategies to add value to our clients and attract the right talent. Naturally curious and driven, Kerri thrives on the challenge of searching for hard-to-find roles, including those in remote locations and niche roles requiring specialised skill sets.

Outside of work, Kerri supports several charities and recently partnered with The Social Outfit to mentor refugee women who have just arrived in Australia, providing them career advice and job-hunting tips.
