The Organisaiton

This high profile, widely respected not-for-profit organisation is seeking a Bequests Administration Manager for a 2-month contract. 

The Role

The Bequests Administration Manager works within the Engagement and Support team to effectively manage the bequest income stream. 

As Bequests Administration Manager, your key responsibilities will be to:
  • Act as a key representative and develop respectful relationships
  • Collaborate with numerous stakeholders including Legal Counsel
  • Represent the organisation at legal mediation including hearings
  • Prepare monthly reports and provide analysis and commentary
  • Actively coach donors and supporters on preparation of Wills
About you

To be successful in this role, you will have; 
  • Circa 2-3 years minimum experience working in a similar role in the not-for-profit sector
  • A qualification in Legal or Wills and Estates - Highly desirable 
  • A solid understanding of legal matters and knowledge of legislative requirements pertaining to bequests
  • Success in a relationship management or business development role
  • Ability to analyse data trends to assist with forecasting revenue
  • Solid negotiation skills and a demonstrated background handling sensitive matters.
