The Organisation
Our client is a not-for-profit health organisation who seek to contribute to the transformation of the health system in the region by building synergies, streamlining approaches, and creating momentum for population health improvement.

The Role
Support the improvement of health outcomes through robust and comprehensive service procurement and contract management strategies.  Specifically you will:
  • Provide assistance in preparation of template service agreement
  • Support the preparation of associated schedules
  • Mange the contract process, ensuring overall compliance
  • Ensure the reporting requirements of contracts are met

Skills Required
Ideally you have experience as a Contracts Administrator, with proven project management skills to enable development and implementation of a contract administration framework.  Otherwise you will be able to demonstrate experience in a senior administration position with:
  • Demonstrated business acumen including proven ability to interpret and monitor finances
  • High level interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with key stakeholders
  • Strong written, numeracy and verbal skills
  • High level of proficiency in MS office applications
  • An awareness of procurement principles
