The Role

This role is responsible for supporting the Workforce, Time and Attendance team. Reporting to the Workforce Planner, you will provide support for internal stakeholders regarding all rostering touch points and functions. 

As the successful candidate, you will act as the main support contact for all roster and payroll related queries and will deliver clear communication and excellent problem solving skills throughout. 

Your previous experience working in a similar rostering function will ensure you can effectively communicate and advise your stakeholders regarding compliance, awards, policies and procedures. 

About you

You will be an experienced Rostering Officer with a background in the not-for-profit sector.  You will enjoy operating in a fast-paced, hardworking and collaborative workplace culture.

Your exceptional organisational skills, combined with demonstrated experience working in a similar role will ensure a smooth transition into this temporary 6-week contract.
